UNDERSTANDING THE SIGNS
Does this sound like you?
FOR THE CHILD/PARENT
School days feel like a battle, and you're worried your child is losing their spark.
FOR THE ADULT
You’re the one everyone leans on, but inside, you feel like you’re drifting without an anchor.
FOR THE GRIEVING SPOUSE
You’re navigating a 'new normal' that feels anything but normal, and you need a space where you don't have to explain why it's so hard.
LET’S FIND A WAY BACK TO YOU
How I can help
01
CHILD & ADOLESCENT THERAPY
I provide a safe, playful, and supportive virtual space for children and teens to navigate the "big feelings" that come with school, family changes, and growing up. Together, we build the tools they need to find their balance and feel confident in their own skin again.
02
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADULTS
Whether you are navigating the complexities of solo parenting, military life, or the heavy terrain of grief, I offer an insightful partnership to help you process your experience. We work to move you out of "survival mode" and back into a life that feels intentional and peaceful.
03
NERVOUS SYSTEM & RESILIENCE SUPPORT
By integrating specialized tools like the Safe and Sound Protocol with traditional talk therapy, I help you or your child regulate the physical "weight" of stress. This approach is designed to calm the noise of the world so you can finally feel settled and secure within yourself.

How it works: Finding your Footing
GUIDING YOU BACK TO BALANCE
Hey, Jennifer here
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of making a tangible difference. Long before I was a clinician, I was the "go-to" listener, a natural inclination that eventually became a calling. To me, therapy is a profound privilege—it is the process of empowering you to heal, reconnect, and move from surviving to thriving.
My years as a mental health clinician in elementary schools taught me a fundamental truth: healing happens within relationships. Children, much like adults, simply need to feel heard and truly connected. Whether I am working with a child navigating "big feelings" or an adult facing a life transition, my approach is rooted in building a safe, supportive partnership where clarity and health can grow.
I want my clients to know that I understand what it feels like when the world shatters. From witnessing the resilience of abandoned children in Romania to being widowed in my mid-20’s and navigating life as a single mom, I have seen the "shattered pieces" of life up close.
I have learned that while the pieces of a broken world may bring sorrow for a season, things do not have to stay that way. I have made mistakes, found my footing, and rebuilt my own life—and I am here to help you do the same. If you are looking for a therapist who is supportive, insightful, and a "breath of fresh air" during a heavy season, I would be honored to walk with you.

Our first session is about connection and safety. We will spend time discussing what has been weighing on you and what you hope to achieve. There’s no pressure to "perform"—it’s simply a supportive space for you to be heard while we begin to map out your path to peace.
-
Welcome! It is completely normal to feel a bit nervous. I specialize in being a "gentle guide" through this process. We will move at your pace, and I will explain everything as we go. Think of it as a collaborative conversation where you are the expert on your life, and I am here to provide the insight and tools to help you navigate it.

Yes. While it looks different than traditional office visits, virtual therapy for children is highly effective when built on a strong relationship. I use engaging, age-appropriate techniques to ensure they feel connected and heard through the screen. Plus, being in their own comfortable environment often helps children feel safer and more open to the process.

We use a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform that is as easy as clicking a link. You’ll need a private space and a reliable internet connection. Virtual therapy allows you to receive high-quality care without the stress of a commute—a true breath of fresh air for busy parents and professionals.

My approach is "trauma-informed," meaning I prioritize your emotional safety above all else. Having navigated significant life transitions myself, I combine clinical expertise with deep empathy to help you process the "shattered pieces" of your experience and find a sense of balance again.
-
I accept all major credit cards. Payment is collected securely through my client portal at the time of your session.

My standard fee for a 50-minute session is $100.
